Officers were called to the Hilltop Restaurant around 1:30 p.m Saturday after receiving a report of a man threatening people with a gun, Lower Pottsgrove police said. Francis A. Garzon, 30, and Endrit Kllogjeri, 26, were both charged with conspiracy to commit extortion in an indictment returned by a jury in U.S. District Court in Trenton. The incident unfolded on Sept. 18  around 5 p.m. when a manager at the Cottman Avenue store instructed a cashier to close the store to customers due to a staffing shortage.  The cashier told the waiting customers they had to order their food online.
