A major retailer primarily located in malls and headquartered in Pennsylvania is set to close all 543 of its stores following its third Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. The company, headquartered in Pennsylvania outside Pittsburgh, had first filed for bankruptcy in 2003, and then for a second time in 2017, when it closed around 400 stores. A step-father is behind bars after bitting his 8-year-old stepdaughter's face during a church service in Pennsylvania, police told Daily Voice on March 26. Johnnie Harbold, 29 of Frenchville, Blair County, allegedly admitted to biting his family member at Altoona Alliance Church located at 3220 Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, Logan Township police explained in the release. A homicide suspect and convicted felon leaped from the second level of a parking garage at an airport in Pennsylvania on Valentine's Day, police announced the following morning. Joshua Leyo, 30 of Altoona, was found with "serious injuries" in a stairwell at the Pittsburgh International Airport around 7:55 a.m., according to the Allegheny County Police Department.
