Know HIM? Chester Police Seek Help Identifying Gunman

Authorities in Chester City are seeking the public's help identifying a possible gunman.

Officers responded to 823 Kerlin St. on reports of shots fired at 1:22 a.m. April 15, where a black male had reportedly been shot in the leg, Captain James Chubb said.

Moments later officers were redirected to Crozer Chester Medical Center for the report of a walk-in shooting victim, Chubb said. 

Upon officer’s arrival to Crozer Chester Medical Center, they spoke to the victim who said he was shot near 9th & Kerlin Streets. 

A person of interest is pictured above, however, authorities need help identifying him, Chubb said.
