GoFundMe For Olivia Spotts's Family After 5-Year-Old's Death

A Philadelphia 5-year-old girl died suddenly in her sleep and now her community is rallying for her family, according to multiple fundraisers.

Olivia Joy Spotts "passed away peacefully" and "surrounded by love" on Tuesday, Oct. 22, as written in her obituary posted on Galzerano Funeral Home website

She "found delight in the simplest pleasures—her obsession with school buses and fire trucks, her beloved stickers, the joy of bubbles dancing in the air," as stated in the obituary. She like to watch the Mickey Mouse Club House, riding her bicycle, and spending time with her family, according to her obituary.

"Olivia touched the hearts of each and every one of us. Her vibrant spirit and joyful energy brightened our days, and we can only imagine the depth of her family’s grief during this unimaginable time," family friend wrote on a GoFundMe launched for her mother, Sarah Biemuller. 

"Olivia touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. We want to ensure a proper farewell that reflects her spirit and the joy she brought to all of us," her uncle Ronald Spotts wrote on a GoFundMe launched for Olivia's dad Nicholas.  

She is survived by her parents, Nicholas Spotts and Sarah Biemuller; four siblings; grandparents; great-grandmothers, and extended family, according to his obituary. 

A celebration of her life is scheduled at Galzerano Funeral Home, located at 3500 Bristol - Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 27. Her funeral and burial will be held privately. 

"Though she may have departed this world, her spirit will shine brightly within the hearts of her grieving family, a constant reminder of the precious gift of her existence," her obituary concludes.
