A Montgomery County home was declared to be a total loss following what started as a garage fire on Sunday, Oct. 27, according to authorities. The home, located at 401 Shipwrighter Way in Towamencin Township was a total loss due to fire and water damage, according to Towamencin Township Fire Marshal Bill Oettinger.
