Rayvaughn Webster, 43, of Easton, was died in a crash while operating his motorcycle on Route 78 in Springfield Township, NJ on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Three Philadelphia men were indicted after two women were shot in the head in Atlantic City, including one who died, authorities said.
