Fleeing Driver Strikes 3 Nurses While Dropping Off Gunshot Victim At ER: PPD Three nurses and a gunshot victim were struck by a car outside a Philadelphia hospital, the police told Daily Voice on Saturday, Oct. 12.  A driver of a silver Jeep Cherokee was dropping the gunshot victim off at the ER at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center located at 3900 Poweltown Avenue at 4:22 a.m, Philadelphia Police detailed.
