Murder Charge For PA Man After 'Intentional' Hit-Run: DA Whitehall man Rajgion Davis was charged Thursday, Sept. 26 with Criminal Homicide for the Friday, Aug. 9 murder of Stephen Fistner, a pedestrian who Davis intentionally struck with his car, according to authorities. Along with the Criminal Homicide charge, 55-year-old Davis is also charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and two counts each of Aggravated Assault relating to other pedestrians endangered in the incident, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office. Woman Hurt, Child Critical After Northeast Philadelphia Crash: Police A woman and her young child were hospitalized Tuesday evening, June 25 when a car struck them as they crossed the street, said Philadelphia police.  The pair were crossing Bridge Street at Summerdale Avenue when a 2002 Toyota Highlander turned left onto the road and hit them, PPD said.  Authorities were called to the scene just after 6 p.m.  Both victims were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center where the woman, 26, is in stable condition. Reading Man ID'd Following Fatal Lebanon Crash Involving 11 People: Police A 30-year-old Reading man has been identified following a crash that sent 11 people to the hospital, police announced on Friday, May 31.  Marilus Mousardy died at the scene of a crash between two minivans at the intersection of State Drive and Schaeffer Road at 4:56 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, according to the South Lebanon Township Police.  Their preliminary investigation revealed the following: "A mini-van containing at least nine people was struck while it was in the travel lane of an oncoming mini-van occupied by 3 persons." Police Search For Driver In Deadly Philadelphia Hit-Run Police Search For Driver In Deadly Philadelphia Hit-Run
Police Search For Driver In Deadly Philadelphia Hit-Run A 44-year-old died after being struck by a runaway driver in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood on Wednesday night, May 29, according to city police.  Authorities said the victim was struck just before midnight while crossing the 1800 block of Torresdale Avenue. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead minutes later, police said.  The suspect vehicle is a silver or blue Honda CRV that fled east on Torresdale.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Crash Investigation Division at 215-685-3180.
