East Allen Dad Killed In Crash Into Tree: Lehigh Coroner A father of two died following a crash into a tree on Wednesday night, July 17, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio announced the following morning.  Johny M. Roustic, 51, of East Allen Township, crashed on Pembroke Road near East Washington Avenue in Bethlehem around 8 p.m., city police detailed in a separate release.  He was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9 p.m., according to the coroner's release. Passenger Ejected, Seriously Injured In Berks County Crash On I-78 (Updated) Authorities have released additional details in the Interstate 78 crash that shut down a large stretch of the highway on Monday, July 1.  The multi-vehicle wreck happened near mile marker 31 in Hamburg, state police said in a release.  A tractor-trailer was headed west in a work zone when it hit the center concrete barrier, troopers said. Motorcyclist Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-78 (Updated) A 30-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Interstate 78 on Wednesday, authorities say.  The motorcycle, a tractor-trailer, and a Honda Pilot were involved in a wreck near Exit 58 around 11:45 a.m., according to state police.  The Lehigh County Coroner's Office said the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
