PA Man ID'd In 12-Year Cold Case Through Genetic Genealogy: Coroner The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office has identified skeletal remains discovered in a wooded area of West Donegal Township in 2012 as Mitchell L. Mendelson of Elizabethtown, officials announced. The remains were found by a hunter on November 1, 2012, near Cemetery Road, according to a release from the coroner's office. After 26 Years DNA ID's Body In Susquehanna River As Missing Harrisburg Man A body found in the Susquehanna River has been identified as that of a missing Susquehanna Township man — 26 years later all thanks to one tooth, the Lancaster County Coroner's Office announced on Tuesday, July 2.  James Floyd Gibson, 39 of Susquehanna Township, Harrisburg, had been missing since Feb. 4, 1998.
