Speeds Reduced On I-81 In Lebanon County Due To Slippery Conditions: PennDOT Drivers are urged to proceed with caution on Interstate 81 in Lebanon County, where speeds have been reduced to 55 mph due to wet and slippery conditions, PennDOT announced on Thursday, Jan. 16.
