PA Man Throws Feces-Covered Clothing Out Of Moving Car, Gets Arrested: Police Reports of a man throwing fecal-covered clothing out of the window of his vehicle led to his arrest, police said in a Thursday, Nov. 14 news release. Jake Patrick Dilanzo, 32, of Chalfont, was arrested after police responded to a Target store after receiving reports of a man driving through the parking lot tossing clothing covered in feces out the window, according to the Warrington Township Police Department. This was on Saturday, Nov. 9. Officers found Dilanzo on the ground under a vehicle acting erratically, police said. He admitted to driving and refused to take any field sobriety tests…
