A Delaware County man was arrested for raping a girl 20 times during the course of his time working at a daycare center 16 years ago, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Oct. 8. William Thomas McGrath IV, 30, of Upper Darby, was charged for raping the victim 20 times while she attended Ms. Barb's Daycare, located in the 200 block of Parker Avenue, Upper Darby, beginning in 2008, the criminal complaint says. An 84-year-old Bethel woman was shot in the head as she was reading the Bible, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Oct. 8. The woman was shot by her husband, Howard "Philip" Boltz, as she was sitting at their dinner at their dining room table at 9:10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, as detailed in the affidavit of probable cause. Multiple fire departments responded to the report of a fire on the second floor of Saint Francis of Assisi Parish School, located at 112 Saxer Avenue, the Springfield Fire Company said on its Facebook page. A fire ripped through an RV and van in Lebanon County on Monday morning, Oct. 7, fire officials explained. The Neptune Fire Company was called to "a structure fire" in the 300 block of Eagles Peak Road at Eagle's Peak Campground in Millcreek Township at 5:13 a.m. Firefighters arrived to find an RV and van engulfed in flames. Coroner IDs Driver Killed When Car Overturns In Embankment In Lehigh County
A 66-year-old motorist was killed when their vehicle slid off the roadway and went down an embankment Saturday night, Oct. 5, officials said.
