The vehicle had been left unlocked with the keys inside, police said. Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating the car or identifying the person responsible. Suspect On Loose After Wild Chase Starting In Dauphin County: PA State Police One suspect is still on the loose after a wild pursuit across two counties in Central Pennsylvania, according to a State Police release on Wednesday.  Two men were spotted trying to break into a vehicle at the Ciocca Honda dealership located at 8001 Allentown Boulevard, West Hanover Township, around 5:45 a.m. on June 5, troopers detailed.
