Wheelchair Bound Man ID'd After Fatal Central PA Toy Store Strike: Coroner The man struck dead by a vehicle outside a toy store has been identified, Dauphin County officials told Daily Voice on Monday, Oct. 7. Eusebio Forestier, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, the officials told us citing the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning, Oct. 8. The fatal crash happened in the 300 block of North Second Street in Harrisburg around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, police detailed in the release.
