PA Woman Revived Then Charged With DUI, Child Endangerment After Crashes A Chambersburg woman is facing DUI, child endangerment, and drug possession charges after two crashes in August, police announced on Sunday, Dec. 1. Kimberlee Mae Parker, 29, was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at approximately 3:36 p.m., in the 100 block of South Second Street in Chambersburg, according to the release.
