Four Hospitalized In Head-On Multi-Vehicle Crash: PA State Police Four people were hospitalized following a head-on crash involving four vehicles in Adams County on Tuesday, Nov. 19, Pennsylvania State Police announced. The crash happened on State Route 94, also known as Carlisle Pike, near Hershey Heights at 5:39 p.m., according to PA State Police in Gettysburg. A southbound vehicle crossed into the center lane, striking a northbound vehicle head-on, police said.
