MTV's Bam Margera Back In PA Prison Court Officials Say
Former reality TV star Bam Margera will remain in Chester County Prison without bail on a probation violation after he was arrested on a bench warrant last week, a court clerk told Daily Voice on Monday, Sept. 23.
Brandon "Bam" Cole Margera, 44, a West Chester native, appeared in Chester Court District Court on Monday, Sept. 23, and is due back in court on Wednesday, Sept. 25, the clerk said.
A judge ordered Margera to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation before the judge decides on his case and sets bail, the clerk said.

Inmate Escapes Prison Work Release At Pennsylvania Walmart: Sheriff
A 46-year-old inmate escaped from the Cumberland County Prison during work release, the sheriff's office announced on Monday, Aug. 19.
William Kenneth Rosner, most recently of Lemoyne but previously of Philadelphia, Allentown, Northampton, and Harrisburg — is wanted on a felony escape charge after walking away from the Cumberland County Prison Work Release Center on Mondy morning, Aug. 19, the sheriff explained, and as detailed in court records.
His last known location was the Walmart in Carlisle, according to the sheriff's office.

Escape Attempt? Carlisle County Prison Inmate Kicks Out Window, Police Say
An inmate kicked out a window at the Cumberland County Prison, Middlesex Township Police announced on Friday, Aug. 2.
Michael Phil-Lemonte Harden, 36, of Harrisburg, was in prison for "Disorderly Conduct Engage In Fighting" when he kicked the glass out of a window, on July 6, according to court documents and the police.
"Harden was in prison for other charges when he became violent kicking out the window," police wrote in the release. It is unclear if he wanted to use the glass in a fight, escape through the window, if it was an accident, or something else.

Two Cut With Knife During Scuffle At PA Waterpark: Authorities
Three people were arrested when an argument at a Scranton waterpark became violent last Friday, June 14, according to city police.
Authorities said it happened in the parking lot after an adult swim event at Montage Mountain. Multiple parkgoers "engaged in an altercation" that left four people injured, including two who were cut by a knife, officials said.
