The body was located around 7:07 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, inside a white trailer at the intersection of 51st Street and Grays Avenue. The remains were in such an advanced state of decay that police have not yet identified the person’s age, gender, or cause of death. Miguel Aguilar, 34, of Philadelphia, has been identified as a "person of interest" in the death of Ivelisse Lugo, 51, of the 5900 block of Elsinore Street, according to the Philadelphia Police. The robbery happened at the Highland Mart Fuel Market in Highspire at 9:46 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
