Constellation Energy Makes Purchase Agreement With Microsoft The Constellation Energy Corporation has entered a purchase agreement with Microsoft meaning a nuclear reactor could be turned back on on Three Mile Island as soon as 2028, the company announced in a release on Friday, Sept. 20.
