Chocolate Syrup Tanker Truck Rolls Over On PA Rt 117: Authorities A tractor-trailer hauling a tank of chocolate syrup rolled over in Lebanon County on Wednesday morning, July 24, authorities explained.  The crash happened in the 1800 block of South Forge Road/PA Route 117 near the Campbelltown roundabout in South Londonderry Township, at 2:55 a.m., according to township officials.  The crash shuttered the roadway from Airport to Hinkle roads and Northside Drive's eastbound traffic at Brookwood Drive, officials detailed in a release.
