Crash Blocks Route 30 Lanes, Causes Major Delays In South Central PA A crash involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle is causing significant traffic delays on Route 30 in West Hempfield Township, authorities confirmed on Wednesday morning, Nov. 20. The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes near the Prospect Road exit around 6:30 a.m., according to dispatch. The tractor-trailer is reportedly stuck in a construction hole, completely blocking all eastbound lanes at Roosevelt Avenue in York City, dispatch said. Airborne 21-Year-Old Killed In 4 Vehicle Crash: PA State Police A 21-year-old man was killed in a four-vehicle crash on Route 30 on June 17, the Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release the following Monday.
