Police Two teenagers were hospitalized after a shooting at the Creekside South Apartments in Lancaster Township on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2024, according to the Manheim Township Police. Officers responded to the 1500 block of Passey Lane at 6:23 p.m. after reports of a shooting, arriving one minute after being dispatched by Lancaster County-Wide Communications, police said in a release. Woman Dies After Less Than 24 Hours In Allegheny County Jail: Officials A woman who had only been in the Allegheny County Jail for one day has died, officials announced on Saturday, Sept. 14.  The unidentified 53-year-old woman passed away following a "medicinal incident" less than 24 hours after entering the jail, Acting Warden Shane T.
