A decade of sexual assaults by a Texas man that denied a girl "privileges" unless she complied, has ended with his sentencing the Cumberland County District Attorney Seán M. McCormack announced on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Joseph "Joe" Peter Tondo, 60, of Rosharon, TX sexually assaulted the girl in Southampton Township, PA for over a decade, the Cumberland County District Attorney's office explained in a release on Friday, Feb. 2.
