Santiago Gutierrez, 29, is wanted for murder after allegedly shooting Jhonny Torres, 25, dead in the middle of the street, police said. Gutierrez, who fled the scene immediately after the shooting, has been charged with murder and firearm not to be carried without a license. He was formerly from Langhorne.
