Boy Charged, Gun Seized After Bizarre Incident In Lancaster Neighborhood: PD A boy has been charged and arrested after a neighborhood "disturbance" on Sunday night, Oct 13, the Lancaster City police announced the following day.  Police were called to reports of a man with a gun in the 500 block of Pershing Avenue around 11:30 p.m. When officers arrived they soon learned a neighbor’s dispute had happened and it quickly escalated.  One of the neighbors involved identified the suspect with the gun, the police explained in a release at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14.  The suspect gave consent to search the home, and police found a gun, according to the rele…
