Alfredo Pizarro-Franco Killed In Wrong-Way Crash With SUV:PD A 39-year-old father of three has died following a motorcycle crash where he drove the wrong way down a street, Lebanon City Police announced on Monday, July 15.  Alfredo Pizarro-Franco was driving the opposite way of traffic along Hanover Street when he blew through the Mifflin Street intersection without stopping — slamming into the driver's side door of an SUV around 8:30 p.m., on Sunday, July 14, city police detailed in the release.  He was taken to Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to the police release.
