Drunk Driver High On Marijuana Charged With Vehicular Homicide For Fatal Bucks Crash: Affidavit A Levittown man was charged with vehicular homicide for causing a fatal Bucks County crash on Tuesday, Nov. 12, the affidavit against him states. Thomas W. Kite, 39, was drunk on alcohol and high on marijuana when he crashed into a vehicle driven by Joseph Kovacs, 52, of Trenton, New Jersey, who later died from injuries sustained in the crash, according to the affidavit of probable cause. He was wanted in the death of 17-year-old Opium Leverette of Trenton on Sunday, Sept. 22.
