MTV's Bam Margera Back In PA Prison Court Officials Say Former reality TV star Bam Margera has been released from the Chester County Prison his attorney told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Brandon "Bam" Cole Margera, 44, a West Chester native, appeared in Chester Court District Court on Monday, Sept. 23, a court clerk told us.  The 44-year-old was arrested last Monday, Sept. 16 in Fulton County during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, Pennsylvania State Police told us. 'Great Day In Court': Bam Margera Takes Plea Deal In PA Disorderly Conduct Case Former reality television star Bam Margera pleaded guilty to two counts of summary disorderly conduct on Wednesday, June 26 as part of a deal with Chester County prosecutors.
