Lisburn Road on-ramp to US Route 15 North, Upper Allen Police announced on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025. The crash unfolded around 8:38 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3, when the man pulled his Jeep Renegade to the shoulder to check for possible damage. Mechanicsburg Man Injured In Route 15 Crash: Police A Mechanicsburg man was injured in a two-vehicle crash on US Route 15 North near the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Upper Allen police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10. The collision happened when the driver of a gray Toyota Prius attempted to merge onto Route 15 North from East Winding Hill Road on Saturday, Dec. 7, according to investigators.
