Steven P. Najarian was arrested after an extensive investigation into unlawful sexual encounters involving a juvenile female, authorities said. Police determined that Najarian groomed the victim before the alleged assaults at the store located at 1665 State Hill Road in Wyomissing. Women Stole $16K During 'Organized' Retail Thefts In Berks, Lancaster Co.: Police Three suspects are wanted in connection with a string of retail thefts, police say.  Across multiple incidents in Cumru Township and Lancaster County, authorities said three women stole at least $16,000 in merchandise. One of the women distracted the employees while the others stole the goods, according to investigators.  Authorities say they are targeting cosmetics and skin care products from pharmacies including CVS and Walgreens.
