2 Wanted For Swapping Political Signs Between Properties In Chester County: Police Two men were seen swapping political signs between two residences in Chester County, according to police. The two men were caught on a surveillance camera moving political signs and American flags between the two properties in the Indian King Development in West Whiteland at 2:08 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the West Whiteland Police Department. While moving the signs and flags, the two men damaged property and caused an unreleased amount of damages, police said. Man Accused Of Beheading Dad, Posting YouTube Video, Testifies At 1st Hearing: Bucks DA Justin Mohn, the Middletown Township man who allegedly beheaded his father and posted a disturbing 14-minute-long YouTube video holding his father’s head testified for two hours Tuesday, Sept. 10, authorities announced. Mohn also allegedly called for violent attacks against members of the federal government, according to Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn. His father was a government worker.
