Philly Area Couple With Stolen Credit Cards, Drugs Arrested In Routine NJ Traffic Stop: Cops Two Pennsylvania residents are facing charges after a routine traffic stop in Rochelle Park uncovered illegal prescription drugs, stolen credit cards, and luxury goods purchased fraudulently, police said. Dashaun Smith, 32, of Philadelphia, and Latisha Rice, 39, of Reading, were arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at approximately 8 p.m., following a stop initiated by Rochelle Park Officer Chris Kiszka on West Passaic Street, RPPD Capt. Man Steals Healthcare Worker's Credit Card, Makes $1.1K Purchase At Philly Best Buy: Cops Police are looking to identify the man who they say stole a healthcare worker's credit card and bought a $1,130 device with it at a Philadelphia Best Buy. The card was stolen from a healthcare worker in Lower Southampton Township, and the device was bought from a South Philly store, police said. The suspect was seen operating a small white SUV.
