Woman Charged With Murder After Bloody Altercation In Harrisburg: Police A Harrisburg woman has been charged with murder after a bloody street encounter led police to a deceased man, authorities announced on Thursday, Dec. 5. Harrisburg police were called to North 6th and Wiconisco Streets around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4, for a report of a woman running through the street covered in blood, according to the department. Officers located 29-year-old Tajyeiah Olivia Greer at the scene and determined she had been involved in an altercation with man.
