Flash Freeze, Snow Squalls To Hit PA: PennDOT Implements Restrictions, Crews On Patrol PennDOT is preparing for a dangerous winter storm set to bring snow squalls, icy roads, and potential flash freeze conditions across Pennsylvania starting early Thursday, Dec. 5. Crews will begin road patrols as early as midnight in some areas, and vehicle restrictions will go into effect to ensure safety. 3 People Injured In Amish Horse-Buggy Crash: Lancaster County Dispatch Three people were injured in a crash involving a horse and buggy and a truck on Sunday night, Oct. 20, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The crash happened at the intersection of Nottingham Road and Little Britain Road in Little Britain Township around 7:40 p.m., according to LCWC. Three people from the horse and buggy were injured, but it was not clear if they were taken to a hospital. Thieves Remove ATM From Fishtown Gas Station: Philadelphia PD Detectives are looking for two men who stole an ATM from outside a Philadelphia gas station on Thursday morning, June 6.  Police said it happened at a Karko on the 2300 block of Aramingo Avenue just before 4 a.m. The suspects backed a white Ford truck up to the storefront, loaded up the ATM, then fled south on Aramingo, authorities said.  Anyone with information is asked to call East Detectives at 215-686-3243.
