The family of a Montgomery County motorcyclist is grieving his death after he died from injuries sustained in a crash involving a deer. Mikael Nihart, 25, of Pottstown, was riding a motorcycle west on Route 724 near Red Corner Road in Union Township, Berks County, when a deer ran out in front of him on Saturday, Nov. 2, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report. A Berks County man who was charged for the execution-style murder of his estranged wife was sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison, authorities said. Ignacio Peralta-Agramonte, 50, of Leesport, will serve up to 50 years in prison after pleading guilty to Third-Degree Murder on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the Berks County District Attorney's Office. A Berks County man was charged with vehicular homicide for a fatal high-speed crash in Caernarvon Township on Monday, Sept. 30, according to police. Fleetwood Teen Dies Days After High-Speed Crash With Tractor-Trailer
A 17-year-old boy from Fleetwood died on Friday, Sept. 20, three days after the car he was a back-seat passenger in struck a tractor-trailer, his family said. An all-terrain vehicle rollover crash has led to the death of a Pequea Valley High School student. Tyler Yoder, 18 of Narvon previously of Rohrerstown and Lancaster, passed away following the ATV crash in the 5800 block of Northeimer Road in Salisbury Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Two people were treated for injuries after shots rang out in Reading early Friday morning, May 24, city police say.
