'Ballot Lines Aren't My Jurisdiction, Commissioners Responsible Party': PA Sheriff Bucks County on-demand ballot lines that closed early over the past few days fall under the jurisdiction of the Bucks County Commissioners, according to the county sheriff's office. The shutting down of lines at three Bucks County Administration voting center locations was not a call made by the Bucks County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Frederick Harran said in a news release on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Daryl Rose Clifton, 58, of Warrington, is accused of impersonating various authorities as he accosted children, parents, and others visiting the Doctor Adams Community Park located at 2235 Oxford Drive, police said. Patient Stabs Staff With Used Needle At Philly Hospital: Authorities A patient attacked Episcopal Hospital staff with a syringe on Wednesday, July 31, according to Philadelphia police.  The patient arrived at the 100 E.
