Toddler Mauled By 2 Dogs In PA Airlifted To Hospital: Police
A 22-month-old boy is in the hospital after being mauled by two dogs early Tuesday morning, Sept. 10, the South Lebanon Township Police announced. The toddler was staying at a babysitter's home when the dogs attacked, according to the release. An officer with the South Lebanon Township Police Department was called to the attack home at 4:38 a.m. on Sept. 10, as detailed in the release. Authorities ID Custodian Found Dead Day Before School Started In Lackawanna County
An 81-year-old man found dead at an elementary school in Lackawanna County has been identified, authorities said on Friday, Sept. 6. The body of Gary Porter, 81, of Dunmore, was discovered on Aug. 27 at Dunmore Elementary Center at 300 W. Warren St. in Dunmore, Lackawanna County Coroner Timothy Rowland told Daily Voice. His death took place one day before the new school year began on Aug. 28. Rowland said he has not issued a ruling on the cause of death pending a police investigation. Suspect Stealing From Hotel Employee's Purse Stares At Security Camera: Bensalem Police
Bensalem police are investigating a theft that occurred at Extended Stay America. The theft occurred at about 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at the hotel located at 3216 Tillman Drive in Bensalem. An unknown black male entered the hotel's office and stole cash and credit cards from an employee's purse, police said. Multiple children as young as 4-years-old have told police about sexual assaults by a Dallastown man, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice after York County Regional Police announced his arrest. A resident of Bedminster Township was robbed of nearly $400,000 from fraudulent bank transactions, authorities said. On July 11, 2023, the resident discovered the illegal activity on their Home Equity Line of Credit Account. Car Crash Leads To Shooting On I-80: State Police
Gunfire erupted after two cars crashed in Stroud Township on Saturday, July 27, state troopers said in a release. The collision happened on Interstate 80 near mile marker 305 around 5 p.m., police wrote. "After the occupants got out of their respective vehicles, multiple gunshots were fired," investigators said.
