The Coatesville man wanted for repeatedly raping a six-year-old Chester County girl has been arrested, according to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department.
Mark Eric Allen, 57, was arrested and charged with Rape of Child and related offenses on Thursday, Nov. 14, police said. The Phoenixville Borough Police Department aided in his arrest.
Allen was charged with Rape of Child and related offenses before his arrest after the girl, now a teen, reported him to police on Monday, Nov. 4, according to prior reporting by Daily Voice.
