A Pottstown man has been charged with attempted murder for shooting a police officer who had returned to his home less than two hours after the initial domestic violence call, authorities said. William Ciccoli Jr., 42, shot Pottstown Police Corporal Anthony Fischer at 269 Chestnut Street in Pottstown Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
