Spartak A. Fedorovich, 38, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, was found guilty of all charges relating to the sexual assault, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.

An Allentown mother was charged with involuntary manslaughter after her infant son drowned in the bathtub of their residence, authorities said.
Megan Ramsey, 24, was charged for leaving the boy unattended in the bathtub with the water running, leading to his drowning, according to the affidavit.
Ramsey was charged on Monday, Oct. 21, according to court documents.
