6-Year-Old Girl Repeatedly Raped By PA Man Wanted By Police: Affidavit A Coatesville man is wanted on charges for repeatedly raping a six-year-old Chester County girl, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Mark Eric Allen, 57, was charged with Rape of Child and related offenses after the girl, now a teen, reported him to police on Monday, Nov. 4, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
