Police Name Teen Killed In Northeast Philly Shooting A 19-year-old succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday night, July 10 after being shot in Tacony, according to Philadelphia police.  Hashim Gardner was struck multiple times on the 4600 block of Levick Street, authorities said. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died around 10:45 p.m., officials wrote.  Eleven 9mm shell casings were recovered from the scene and a homicide investigation is underway, PPD said.  Anyone with information is being asked to call detectives at 215-686-3334.
