Bucks County Man Throws Feces-Covered Clothing Out Of Moving Car, Gets Arrested: Police Reports of a man throwing fecal-covered clothing out of the window of his vehicle led to his arrest, police said in a Thursday, Nov. 14 news release. Jake Patrick Dilanzo, 32, of Chalfont, was arrested after police responded to a Target store after receiving reports of a man driving through the parking lot tossing clothing covered in feces out the window, according to the Warrington Township Police Department. Michael Williams, 18, was charged with three counts of third-degree invasion of privacy and one count of fourth-degree tampering with evidence, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said in a news release on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
