Jake Patrick Dilanzo, 32, of Chalfont, was arrested after police responded to a Target store after receiving reports of a man driving through the parking lot tossing clothing covered in feces out the window, according to the Warrington Township Police Department. Lower Moreland officers were patrolling Welsh Road when they saw a silver Infiniti sedan, heading east with a wrongfully attached license plate on it around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, police said in a release.  The vehicle was occupied by two males, among them, passenger James Nogeuras Jr., police said.
