Florida Man Took Woman Against Her Will From Pennsylvania To Virginia Hotel, Police Say A Florida man visiting Virginia is facing charges after allegedly abducting a woman against her will from Pennsylvania and taking her to a Woodbridge hotel over the weekend. Oak Hill native Robert Buchanan, 64, was arrested following an investigation into a reported abduction of a 30-year-old woman who was taken on Thursday, June 27. More Arrests Made In Massive Fairfax County Car Meet Where Drivers Taunted Cops Police have announced additional arrests at a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County last weekend. Around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, an officer saw several vehicles pull into a commercial parking lot in the 6600 block of Electronic Drive in Springfield where a large group of individuals were driving recklessly and in circles, police said.
