Connecticut Couple Killed In Pennsylvania Crash, Bucks County DA Says The pair killed in an alleged hit-and-run crash in Bristol Township over the weekend has been identified as a husband and wife from Brooklyn, Connecticut.  Richard and Rebecca Whiddon, 37 and 33, were passengers in a Nissan that was struck near the corner of Veterans Highway and Ford Road on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24, Daily Voice reported.  Both were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
