A Philadelphia woman stole over $130,000 from a former Norristown State Hospital resident who was convicted of murdering her two young sons, using the funds for personal expenses, including a Puerto Rico vacation, officials announced on Monday, Dec. 23.

Authorities have identified the two missing children who were swept away in the Bucks County flash flood on Sunday, July 16.
Matilda Sheils, 2, and her brother Conrad Sheils, 9 months, were visiting the area with family from Charleston, South Carolina, Upper Makefield police say.
"They were on their way to a barbecue when their vehicles got caught in the flash flood on Rt. 532," authorities said.
