Late PA Dad Leaves Behind Infant, Pregnant Wife
Ryan P. McKnight of Springfield, a devoted husband and father, died suddenly on Sunday, Oct. 29, loved ones said in his obituary. He was 30.
A Delaware County native, McKnight attended both St. Francis of Assisi School and Springfield High School before continuing his studies at Pennsylvania State University, relatives said in his obit.
It was during his time as a Nittany Lion that Ryan met his future wife, Colleen "Bean" Lake, according to loved ones.

The tragic and unexpected death of beloved PA father of three Brendan M. Fogarty, Jr. at age 41 has prompted a massive wave of community support.
Brendan, of Newville, died at UPMC Carlisle on Wednesday, Nov. 30, his obituary says.
Born in Englewood, NJ, Brendan went to Longwood High School in Middle Island, NY and graduated in 1999 before finishing the Electrical Contracting BOCES program.
