PA Arsonist Lights Her Bed On Fire, Displacing 20 Neighbors, Hospitalizing Child: Police A 30-year-old woman has admitted to starting a fire that spread throughout 12 apartments — displacing 20 of her neighbors, and leading a child to be hospitalized — the Ephrata Police Department announced on Thursday.  Savanna Ashley Parsons, "has been admitted to police that she had rubbing alcohol and a lighter on her bed prior to the fire starting and that she was alone in her apartment when the fire started.
